In the last 24 hours Isaac has had a few firsts.
After a late night feeding last night, Dad read one of Isaac’s new books to him, though these days he doesn’t need much help to fall asleep after a meal.
Today in the mail was an envelope that was addressed to Isaac Kent Otterspoor Clark. First thought was, “Who’s that?!” A nice surprise from Winnipeg.
Also today, he received a text message addressed to him, on Lindy’s phone, for his first appointment with a dentist. Also his first incorrect spelling of his name. We’ll have to rectify that.
Love seeing this. Never too soon to read to your child. He will learn your voice and learn to feel safe with it.
