Isaac turned one month old today – on Lindy’s birthday – we didn’t do anything very exciting to celebrate…though we do ‘rock around the clock’ most days!! After all the snow disappeared last week, we woke up to 6 inches of snow on the ground…typical for Lindy’s birthday. We hope to see the tulips that had started popping up in the back garden again soon!
It has been a busy month, with appointments or visits almost every day We are usually only tackling one thing a day, as it is still an accomplishment to get out of the house by 11am! Isaac has met many of our family and friends and looks forward to meeting the rest.
While we are all still getting the hang of things, we have started to venture out to restaurants, longer walks to the store, and even out to cheer on Jon in his volleyball playoffs.
Isaac has started following objects with his eyes, grabbing Lindy’s hair, and pushing against us with his strong little legs. He now weighs 9lbs and 10 ounzes, and is growing out of some of the newborn clothing already.

Wow! He really is so cute! Congrats for surviving a month. It only gets easier and easier. Can’t wait to meet him in person!
Lindy and Jon, Congratulations! What a cutie..Enjoy every day with him because before you know it he’ll be in grade 6 giving you attitude , then grade 8 feeling the world owes him and grade 11 ready to take on anything..(Just kidding! ). If he’s like his Mom in grade 6 he’ll be the smartest , hardworking, kindest , athletic boy in his class.(not kidding this time)
