We had our first family holiday for a week at the cottage in July. It was great weather and lots of fun! Shelley, Matt and the girls came for the weekend, and Jon’s parents visited for a day during the week. Naps were made easy with having Opa’s trailer by the beach and there was actually some relaxing had by us parents! Lindy was able to get in for a swim almost every day, and go sailing a few times. Jon had a couple projects on the go – repainting the picnic table and Adirondack chairs, and building a baby gate for our house. Isaac had lots of play time on the beach, and liked swinging in the hammock chair.
