Road Trip!

Isaac had his first long road trip this weekend to visit Lindy’s family in Hamilton.

We took the four generation picture with “Super super” Oma, Super Opa, Lindy and Isaac. He was extremely welcomed by cousin Erin, Aunt Joanne and Uncle Frank where we stayed, and apparently didn’t keep everyone awake – although not much sleep was had in Isaac’s room. We were also there for dinner to help celebrate cousin Tyler’s birthday.

It was unusually hot for May and hit almost 40 degrees, so our only outdoor adventure was after the sun went down…a stroll around the neighbourhood with Isaac in the carrier and Duke the dog in the wagon.

Isaac traveled fairly well, only extending the trip by an extra hour or so with a few added stops.

Overall, a great visit!
